Our compensation plan is designed to make it easy for the even the busiest women to earn extra income. You can set your own earning level. No sales quotas are required to keep your business active. You decide when you want a raise and a promotion. You are your own boss, which allows you to set your own course. Of course, there's lots of help along the way!
You can earn income three ways!
- When selling the product, your earning capacity begins at 10% of PV (personal/product volume) and can be as high as 45%.
- Sharing the opportunity with others and building a team offers a second source of income. Anywhere from 1% to 4% can be earned on your team's volume and added to your income. Team bonus is paid on December 10, just in time for Christmas.
- Earn extra perks along the way through company promotions and contests.
